The image above is probably a hoax, as it cannot be not found on any gov.uk related website. (You can find plenty of covid and vax propaganda on the gov.uk Facebook page, though.)
A vaccine payment scheme exists, however (see https://www.gov.uk/vaccine-damage-payment) but people injured by the covid vaccines have not yet received any compensation.
