In the video Bill Gates mentions that people will be boosted at least every six months ‘to stay safe’.
Surely, it will be the safest way for the mass murderers to get rid of billions of ‘useless eaters’ (see quote below) a little faster, to secure the next generation is infertile, and to make sure the world population gets inoculated with mRNA and nanotech in order to keep them under control.
