Have You Not Been Receiving the Newsletter Lately, Although You’ve Subscribed?

Some of our subscribers have not received the newsletter for a few weeks. The shortfall may have to do with the following:

With the recent Apple Privacy updates and other email clients using scripts and spam filters, a false open can be triggered by scripts and code when the email images are automatically downloaded before the user even sees the email.

The systems in use try to determine when the open has been made automatically by a machine (a script) or when it is the actual user, but there’s always room for an error.

There has also been a delay in delivering emails to Yahoo addresses under the pool we were under. We’ve been moved to another pool and hopefully it is now working.

This issue should now be solved.  Please let us know if you’re still not receiving the newsletter despite having subscribed.
