The largest group of human-beings currently persecuted and executed are the unborn children in their mothers’ wombs. It is a great tragedy of our society that protection of the most innocent and most vulnerable cannot be taken for granted. Our culture has become a culture of death. Yet, while the shadows have grown, the light has increased too.
What began as a pro-life march in 2013 in Birmingham, consisting of a few hundred, has now grown into a huge movement. In 2018 the march relocated to London and takes place there each year ever since. Last year 10,000 participated in the London March for Life, proclaiming that every life is valuable and that each child conceived should have a chance to live. A great percentage of these pro-lifers are young adults.
Abortion kills a baby and hurts the mother, the family, the whole of society. People need to wake up to the fact that abortion is not a remedy. It is an evil that is promoted by an industry that prioritises profit over lives and is driven by the depopulation agenda.
The next annual March for Life will take place on Saturday, 5 September in London.
