Pasteurised milk is what you buy in shops. It’s been heated up to “kill off bacteria” which makes it easier to store for longer.
Raw milk is what the name says. Unheated, while sustaining healthy and vital components. It’s healthy, it’s good, it tastes delicious. You cannot buy raw milk in shops and in some countries it may be banned altogether. Small farmers sell raw milk directly from their farm, but they are also forced to add safety warnings. Raw milk is healthy, and some people with lactose intolerance might find that they can consume it without problems. Some people might experience temporary stomach problems when switching form pasteurised milk to raw milk until their system has got used to raw milk. (Carl Vernon/YT)
