Safeguarding Children and Young People

Introduction

Emergency Raising of Serious Concerns are as a result of the proven risks of serious and irreversible-harm of health to children and young people carrying out any one of the three key procedures outlined in this document. This document serves the emergency raising of serious Safeguarding concerns for each procedure and is a call for the immediate halting and full independent investigation required to prevent further harm being carried out against children and to instead re-establish the adequate Safeguarding and protection of children.

Under section 175 of the Education Act 2002, all schools and staff have the responsibility to have arrangements in place to safeguard and promote the welfare of children.

All those in a position of influence who do not read and act upon this document, are likely to become directly accountable, as well as personally liable, for any injuries (including deaths) of children and young adults within their safeguarding remit.

Target Audience:
The target audience for this document are all those who hold any position of authority over or who have direct contact with children:
Schools – School Leaders and Teaching Staff are directly accountable for the safety and welfare of every child.
Non-Teaching Staff – Safeguarding is Everybody’s Business and all staff have a Safeguarding responsibility.
Governors – Accountability is to the children, with continued focus on Safeguarding. Effectively challenging school leaders is an integral part of this role, as necessary.

Secondary Audience:
Local Authorities – All Staff that have any influence on the welfare of children and young people. All other leaders of groups and activities that have children and young people in their care to include, but not restricted to Staff of Children’s Care Homes, Children’s Services and Police.
Doctors, Nurses and Medical Staff promoting the measures, particularly the vaccine and All Individuals Administering the covid-vaccine.

Currently children can consent to medical treatment without parents´ knowledge or consent: Case law results eg Gillick Competence Test for minors to get contraception allow them to decide what happens to their bodies; through it they may consent to a wide range of medical treatment, which is wrong.
