We have experienced a problem while the newsletter was sent off yesterday. Our newsletter is usually clicked open by around 40% of subscribers. Yesterday, however, only 9% opened it, which means that the sending was paused and about 70% of subscribers didn’t receive their newsletter.
While we doubt that this was caused by spam reports by our subscribers, it is not clear whether this was an unnecessary, automated response, or a malicious attack. We ask our subscribers please not to mark our emails as spam, because this could cause the sending to stop.
If you do not want to receive our newsletter, simply click on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the newsletter.
